Our LiveFIT Lighter Plan runs for 6 weeks.
Your first 3 days of week 1 are prep days, then we're ready to go! We want you to learn all you can during our time with us so that you can live the new, healthy life you have come to love and want to live!
Each LiveFIT Lighter group is limited so that we can support each person, and noone gets missed out! So many challenegs and plans have hundreds of members, and so many of those people get left behind and are unsupported. We are determined to be there each day, for each of you! So, numbers in each group are small, and cared for!

So, what can you expect?
LiveFIT Lighter is not just about fitting comfortably in to those favourite jeans - it's about upping your fitness level, strength and stamina and learning and understanding how and what we should be eating so that we can be truly healthy. We look at our current poor health habits and introduce new, healthy and empowering ones. We look at self-care and its importance.
Within our LiveFIT Replay on demand service, there are not only over 100 workouts of all sorts, but there are also mindfulness sessions for you to use when you need to take some time out. We look at your whole health and ask you do to the same.
There are NO fads, and no quick fixes. And although our plan is simple, it isn't necessarily easy. You will have to do the hard work. However, we support you on each of the days that you're with us. As your Head Coaches, we are there for you every step of the way!
